Milana Valmont is a seasoned blockchain professional and educator with a strong foundation in both economics and psychology from Fordham University. As the Community Fundamentals Coach at Crypto Calls, Milana brings global experience and strategic insight to help individuals and teams understand the core principles of crypto, community building, and decentralised finance (DeFi).

Since entering the crypto space full-time in 2017, Milana has worked across the US, Israel, and the EU, contributing to the growth of blockchain innovation on a global scale. She is the founder and former CEO of Kira Network—a blockchain startup that successfully raised $4M from international venture capital funds. Her early career in corporate finance, paired with her academic background, has empowered her to lead, advise, and innovate within the rapidly evolving world of fintech.

Recognised in 2021 as one of the Top 7 Women Disrupting the Financial Space, Milana’s influence extends beyond startups and into global recognition, further validated by her receipt of a prestigious global talent visa to Australia.
